At Little Stars Private Day Nursery in Bangor, we teach toddlers to learn important skill such as how to share through social play. We accept childcare vouchers and are happy to arrange a visit so you can see our rooms for yourself.

Helping them learn while having fun

Our toddler room accommodates eight children ranging from 2 years and 4 months to 3 years and 3 months. The toddlers are provided with nursery care by two members of staff. We provide a broad range of activities to promote your child’s language and social development. The children take part in activities in small groups that facilitate adequate attention. The children have the opportunity to rest for approximately one hour (or more if needed) after lunch.

Settling in days

We know that some toddlers take a little bit longer to make the transition, which is why we offer settling in days to get them used to everything. At Little Stars Private Day Nursery, your child will have the opportunities to go out on trips to farms, and on nature walks. They can also benefit from our outdoor area on a daily basis and have access to a gardening area, ball pit and construction area. At this stage, your child will also progress towards toilet training, and improve their language and social skills.
